The Malko Academy for Young Conductors is a two-year training programme for young talents. The purpose of the academy is to give young, promising musicians an opportunity to learn the basic skills of conducting, and to experience conducting a professional symphony orchestra and choir. The film is part of an advertising campaign to recruit new students.
